Heinold Homes and Renovations recently finished our basement and we couldn't be happier. The communication was excellent and coordinating the different elements of the project was seamless. Several suggestions were made by the team -things we had never thought of -and their foresight created beautiful results. My favorite is the barn siding wall. I love it! Whether it be for a simple or complicated renovation to a "start-from-scratch" home design (basic to luxury), Heinold Homes really knows how to make the process as smooth as possible while keeping the cost economically responsible. Even when emotions run high on a build from the stresses of decision-making and setbacks, Scott & Zach calm nerves while thinking "outside the box" to make the process smoothly transparent and transitional.After 8 months, we have our dream home built and move-in ready (ahead of schedule). Their team of sub-contractors were easy to work with, polite & professional. Scott was always available by phone/text/email and Zach was always the problem solver smoothing out the "wrinkles" of a huge home-build. My wife and I are extremely happy with the finished product. After 2 years of design and conceptualizing an idea, Scott and his team made it all happen from an idea we brought to them to a wonderful "forever home." Thanks, Scott & Zach. Our basement project is now complete and we couldn't be happier! Scott, Zach, Mike and team are WONDERFUL! Scott and Zach had wonderful design ideas. The work is just beautiful! Everyone we dealt with was so professional and so friendly. The crew kept construction mess to a minimum, and Zach was fantastic with keeping us updated every step of the way! We are so happy we trusted them with our home. We will absolutely be back in the future. We can't recommend them highly enough! It really was a pleasure working with them!

Our new basement was completed on budget and AHEAD of time...just in time for the holiday season...andit is beautiful! Scott and Zach (project manager) went over and beyond to make sure we knew what was happening throughout the process. I appreciated their attention to detail and the quality of their work. It is not easy living in your home during renovations, with the noise and all that goes with it, but the subs they utilize were all professional and respectful and left the work area clean and orderly. We recently contracted Heinold Homes and Renovations to finish our basement and the resulting product was even better than we could have ever imagined! This is way overdue but highly recommend Heinold for any remodel needs!! They remodeled our master bath almost a year ago and it was done perfectly. From start to finish everything felt personal but professional, quick and the quality of work was 5 stars. Timelines were communicated upfront and anytime we had a question or needed advice on what direction to go Zach was quick to respond which we appreciated so much! And even though the work was done, we received multiple follow ups to see how things were regarding the job that was done. Cannot say enough positive things about the Heinold’s!

We are first time home builders....I had no idea what to expect when starting this process but Scott, Zach, and his team had a lot of patience with me from start to finish. The Heinold team remodeled our basement. Twice. The 1st time was 4 years ago and we LOVED it. Then the tornado came. We rebuilt the house and invited Heinold Homes and Renovations to come back. They did it again. On time. Beautiful. Fair price. Fun to have them working on our home. We would do it a 3rd time, if needed. But our preference is not to lose any more houses.
